Allison Savio

Allison taught a variety of classes for three years at Penn State Campus Recreation. She has done strength, cardio, boxing, Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and dance fitness. Allison joined our North Club team in January 2025.
Nynaeve Phillipson
YOGA
After ten years of level 10 competitive gymnastics, I retired due to a back injury and that’s where my yoga journey began. My mom was an instructor and not only did the practice heal my back but is also helped me find the tools I needed to manage my anxiety. I also rock climb and am a competitive bodybuilder. Movement is medicine, I love helping other people feel confident, strong, and empowered in their bodies on and off the mat. I’m also a PhD student at Penn State studying arctic river fluxes.
