Body Rock

This new high intensity interval training workout will completely transform your body. These workouts are designed to take your fitness to the next level and improve your athletic ability. We will blast all major muscle groups, leaving muscles shaped and toned through circuits, drills, tabata, cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. This sweatshop will put your metabolism into overdrive to burn fat for hours after the workout!!!

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

HIIT is a challenging 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training! The class is designed to push you to your highest athletic level – you’ll be getting the most out of your workout in the least amount of time! HIIT uses elements of strength training, cardio and plyometrics in a class format that will never be the same twice, which will keep both you and your muscles engaged and excited for your workout!

FIT CiRcUIT

30 minutes of circuit style High Intensity Interval Training designed to challenge you to push to your personal best! Work every muscle get your heart rate up and rev your metabolism! Then enjoy 15 minutes of quality core work targeting your midsection from your shoulders down to your glutes!

NORTH FIT

North Fit is a 45 minute weight training, plyometric, and cardio training system. Three days each week are focused on muscle development and toning. The other 2 days are focused on weight loss and aerobic conditioning.

ENERGY

This class includes most aspects of fitness including strength, stability, flexibility, and endurance.

Free Style Ride

This 50-60 minute class gives you a great variety in your cycling routine. Spin your way through flats, gain speed, and work on your leg strength as you climb challenging hills. Our instructors focus on building muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance and give you a great sweat!

Senior Cycle

Senior Cycle will get you fitter and feeling better in only 30 minutes. It’s a cardio workout that is as easy as riding a bike. Inspiring music and motivating coaching will get you to burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST!

Silver Sneakers Classic

Silver Sneakers Classic encourages you to have fun and move to the music through a variety or exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, ad a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for sitting and/or standing support.  All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.

Silver Sneakers Circuit

Silver Sneakers Circuit is one step up from the Classic program.  This class involves more cardiovascular movements and less seated movements than Silver Sneakers Classic.  All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Silver Sneakers Yoga encourages you to move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation period will promote stress relief and mental clarity.  All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.

Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit

Get up and go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
