CARDIO GROOVE
Get your heart pumping and your body moving with Cardio Groove, a fun and energetic group fitness class designed for all fitness levels. This 45-minute class combines simple, easy to follow dance-inspired movements with upbeat music to create a cardio workout that’s as enjoyable as it is effective. No complex dance moves - just good vibes, great tunes and a workout that feels like a dance party!
abc CLASS
The ABC’s class is specially designed for seniors who want to stay strong and maintain active, healthy, lifestyle as they age. ABC’s stands for Adult balance, Core, and Strength. This flexible class includes the use of balance pads and single-leg exercises to help prevent falls, cable and band-resisted movements to strengthen the core, and weight machines and dumbbells to build overall strength. Each exercise can be modified to fit individual abilities and needs. This class fosters social interaction, which is essential for a healthy mind and body.
mindful movement
This 45-minute class integrates techniques from dance, yoga, and Pilates, along with practices like body scanning, breath work and guided meditation. It’s designed to nurture both your mind and body. It’s perfect for cooling down after a workout, taking a moment for yourself during a busy day, or managing everyday stress.
Strength and sweat
Strength and sweat is focused on building strength and creating lean muscle, improving your cardiovascular wellness, and boosting your overall athletic performance and abilities. A combination of weights, body weight, athletic step, and core training are used to achieve YOUR goals. Group step
Group step is a 60-minute cardio training that uses the STEP in highly effective, athletic ways. It will get your heart poundingand sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy
Free Style Ride
This 50-60 minute class gives you a great variety in your cycling routine. Spin your way through flats, gain speed, and work on your leg strength as you climb challenging hills. Our instructors focus on building muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance and give you a great sweat!
Silver Sneakers

Silver Sneakers Classic
Silver Sneakers Classic encourages you to have fun and move to the music through a variety or exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for sitting and/or standing support. All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.
Silver Sneakers cardio Circuit
Silver Sneakers Cardio Circuit is a standing class that alternates between upper-body strength work and low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits.
Silver Sneakers Yoga
Silver Sneakers Yoga encourages you to move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation period will promote stress relief and mental clarity. All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.
