abc CLASS

The ABC’s class is specially designed for seniors who want to stay strong and maintain active, healthy, lifestyle as they age. ABC’s stands for Adult balance, Core, and Strength. This flexible class includes the use of balance pads and single-leg exercises to help prevent falls, cable and band-resisted movements to strengthen the core, and weight machines and dumbbells to build overall strength. Each exercise can be modified to fit individual abilities and needs. This class fosters social interaction, which is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Yoga

Our instructor will guide you through a series of flowing movements, encouraging you to listen to your body, release tension, and embrace the present moment. Expect a harmonious combination of flexibility, strength-building poses, and restorative stretches, all aimed at promoting relaxation and mental clarity.

Strength and sweat

Strength & Sweat is designed to build strength, develop lean muscle, enhance cardiovascular health, and elevate overall athletic performance. This dynamic workout incorporates weights, bodyweight exercises, athletic step training, and core work to help you achieve your goals. Sessions are tailored for all skill levels, with modifications and challenges provided to ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone.

Martial Arts Conditioning

Train like a fighter! Led by 3rd-degree black belt Nic, this class focuses on proper striking technique, physical conditioning, and flexibility. This is a non-contact class, open to all experience levels and physical abilities.

Group step

Group Step is a high-energy, 60-minute cardio workout that uses the STEP in dynamic and athletic ways. This class will get your heart pumping and sweat flowing while improving your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength—all set to energizing music and fueled by the motivation of a group atmosphere.

Cycling Endurance

This interval-based cycling class combines steady efforts, tough climbs and high-intensity to build stamina and strength.

Tabata Cycling

This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class follows a 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off Tabata format. You’ll power through explosive sprints and intense climbs, with quick recovery periods.

Summit Cycling

This challenging ride focuses on strength and endurance as you tackle resistance-heavy hill climbs, rolling inclines, and powerful surges. Push through every ascent and build the power to conquer any hill.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Silver Sneakers Classic encourages you to have fun and move to the music through a variety or exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for sitting and/or standing support.  All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.

Silver Sneakers cardio Circuit

Silver Sneakers Cardio Circuit is a standing class that alternates between upper-body strength work and low-impact cardio to maximize fitness benefits.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Silver Sneakers Yoga encourages you to move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses.  Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.  Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation period will promote stress relief and mental clarity.  All Silver Sneakers classes are included with a Silver Sneakers membership.
